How can I get motivated to work out and loose this weight?!


Question: How can I get motivated to work out and loose this weight!?
I'm 24, 5'7"!.!.!.183lbs!.!.!.!.I want to lose atleast 20-30lbs!. I'm a thick girl!.!.!.lol When I work out, I'm only good for one week and after that I get so lazy! lol I know its sad but hey atleast I can admit it!. Do you have any suggestions!? Thanks in advance!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy a whole bunch of really awesome clothes that are too small and rip up the receipts and take off the tags!. This will hopefully motivate you to get slim enough for them to fit!.

Then make a diet plan and put it in a easy to find spot!. Write down how many calories you can have each day, and divide that for all 3 meals And be sure to drink plenty of water at meals, so you can get that full satisfied feeling!. And exercise!.

And don't weigh your self very often!. Weigh yourself once every two weeks!. Once every month is even better!. If you weigh yourself every day or every other day, you will only get discouraged and you will stop dieting!. To stay healthy,, you should only lose 1-2 pounds per week!. So please take my advice and don't weigh yourself very often!.

And, as a bonus, buy Wii Fit if you have a Nintendo Wii!. I have it, and it is a fun yet serious workout!.

Hire a personal trainer or get a work out buddy!. If you have someone else there to help encourage and motivate you to work out it's easier to keep going!. With a trainer you're responsible for staying on track because you're accountable for someone elses time rather then just your own!.

You need to be diet disiplined too!. That doesnt mean go on a diet, that means eat healthier!. If you're the type that likes fastfood and junk food all the time now, it doesnt do you any good to go cold turkey!. East sensably!. Cut your portions!. Make your own gourmet pizza at home with vegies and chicken instead of ordering take-out!. Eat some almonds instead of snacking on chips!. Try to drink water only if you can!. Cut out high fructose corn syrup, white flour, and processed sugars!. Minimize your dairy intake!.

You'll start sheading the pounds after a week or two and thats the BEST motivation right there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a picture!. It can be a friend or celebrity who you think is thin and good-looking, or picture yourself how you you will look once you've lost those pounds!. Then everytime you feel tempted to eat something you shouldn't, or don't feel motivated to exercise, you can just look at the picture and you'll feel much better!. works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ty BO is a good exercise for all over and it gets easier because you do it to music!. It strengths and tones and gets the fat too!. I didn't even buy the tape I just did it when the commercials came on each morning and afternoon and the results were great!. omg i am the same way!. and when i stick to a healthy diet and eat right it lasts for a few days or a cuple of weeks and then i give up! it sucks lol!. but sum guys gave me this website http://fatloss4now!.blogspot!.com/ its his blog and it has a couple of good tips!. you may already know them but its good to hear about them again lol!. even if you work out just 10 inutes a day thats better than nothing so just do it whenever you have free time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
