The best is: running, squats and bike riding. Try and do 30-60 minutes each day of running or biking (if you can't run, then walk fast on a treadmill or try to do small intervals). Do squats (hold light hand weights) every other day....2 or 3 reps of 15-20. Also work you inner thighs by doing more squats but spreading your legs more and turn your feet facing outward (you'll feel it in your inner thighs to know you're doing it right). Worked for me (combined with some dieting). Good luck!
