I'd say her BMI is around 22 - 23!. Her thighs touch and her stomach is pretty big, although her arms are fine!. I'd say she is certainly not overweight but not underweight either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

We'd need to know how tall she is!.
You can't reaaaally accurately guess her BMI -- some people can be overweight without being overfat, some can be overfat without being overweight!. It's not something that can be seen from a picture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
