im 5"5 124 lbs i eat 1650 calories a day i just started switching the amounts everyday like monday ill eat 1650 then tuesday ill eat 1700 then wensday ill eat 1800 but i dont go over 1800 ,cuz i read somewhrre your body gets too used to the same calories everyday and u stop losing weight , will doin this have any affect on my weight or make no difference?

I'd say try to pick a range, like 1600-1800 and as long as you stay within that range it's fine. Women should have between 1200-1800 calories normally (with the lowest end being for sedentary). If you are very athletic the number would be higher. But in general, yes your body gets used to a value and to lose weight you have to drop 500 from that value daily by food cutting or exercise to lose a pound a week. If you are trying to maintain the weight you are at, just stick with the 1600-1800 range and you'll be fine.
