1!. drink water like nobody's business, easiest weight to drop is "water weight", once your system understands you're not going to dehydrate it will release stored fat cells!.
2!. eat moderately and lightly, no more than 1200 calories per day, and eat NOTHING after 5-6pm!. Make sure you eat something for breakfast, even if it's just some toast with jam!. By eating throughout the day with small meals and avoiding large lunches/dinners will increase your metabolism!.
3!. walk alot, exercise moderately (too much exercise with limited caloric intake can make you feel woozy at times)!. Once again, this will increase your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Danielle, I am sure that there are a lot of ways to lose weight quickly, I know of many programs that will do it!.
The question is do you want to lose it quickly and gain it back in 3 or 4 months or do you want to lose it quickly and learn how to keep it off!?
The biggest reason we get fat or a bit of a fluffy look is because we are not getting what our bodies need nutritionally!.
I used to way 260 lbs+ I got started on a nutritionally sound protein based diet and I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks and over a foot of body fat, I went on to lose over 65 lbs and have kept it off for over 2 years now!. I also have learned a lot about nutrition along the way!.
If you are just looking to lose 5 or 10 lbs I would suggest that you up your water intake to about 80 oz a day!. It is amazing what adding more water to your diet can do!.
I would also suggest that you look at a protein supplemental program of some type and that you start getting more protein in you diet!. The average person needs about 75 to 125 grams of protein a day!.
I would also suggest that if you do not already do so, that you start an exercise routine, on based on raising your cardio so that you can get your metabolism up!. The higher your metabolism rate the more calories you burn!.
