Can u eat enough for one day and still be hungry ??!


Question: Can u eat enough for one day and still be hungry !?!?
well i ate all my meals by 1 PM (yeah i was i a hurry)

and its 8!.30 now and im feeling hungry

i did my usuall walk with the dog for 150 minutes, did some shopping for 70 minutes and walked an extra 30 minutes to someone's house

so if i did eat enough, how can i be hungry and should i

1)eat

A LOT of things can make a person hungry at a time you usually aren't!. The first thing that comes to mind is the type of meal you ate that day!. Some foods like carbohydrates will make you seem very full right after the meal but than actually iniciate hunger later!. make sure your meals are very balanced!. Also, cold weather makes you more hungry because it takes a lot of calories to heat your body!. Also, horemones!.!.!. for example with women they are more hungry during their period because again, it uses a lot of calories for the body to acheive this process!. Foods that are harder to digest will make you tired/hungry because again, a process in your body using calories!.
No matter what caused it, they say EAT when you're hungry and for no other reason!. Because if you don't eat when your hungry or you eat when your not, you are messing with your relationship between your body's signals and your mind!. Stop eating when you're full, and just eat balanced meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are on a diet, the reason why you still feel hungry is because your stomach is used to a higher food intake, and is signaling your brain to be hungry again!. My advice is to eat a light snack(not a lot of carbs or sugar since it's close to bedtime)!.
This may happen for a little while until you wean yourself off such I high food intake!.
The other reason might be because you did a lot of walking(which still counts for exercise!) and your body is craving carbs, in that case I would either find a high protein food or shake or a small carb snack!.

Just because I eat 80,000 calories on monday, doesn't mean I won't be hungry again by next wednesday!.

Your appetite is in correlation to two things:

1!.your mind!.
2!. your body

It is common for people who use food for comfort to crave it even when not physically hungry!. Stressed people not in tune with their body often eat empty calories!. Both types of people rarely focus on health, but rather on less important things like what others think about them!. Stop listening to them and start listening to your own instincts!. This is part of the MATURITY process!. If you want to be an adult, try to think like a MATURE one, otherwise, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS ASKING ABOUT CALORIES!

It is common to crave food after not eating for several hours!. Your body will do best with several small meals a day up until about 3 hours before bed time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm pretty much always hungry!. doesn't mean i should keep eating though!. are you worried about your weight or something!? if not, eat all you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can still be hungry even if you have aten the total amount of calories that you have allowed yourself each day!.!.!.!.
And even when we are full, our body will still try to add in more food if we really crave it (ex- After a fulfilling Thanksgiving dinner, for some reason we always find ourselves making room for that pumpkin pie even though our tummys are so full)!.
If you are still hungry, then you should try to eat some complex carbohydrates (fruits, veggies and whole grain products) to help keep you full!. So some fruit and/ or a bowl of oatmeal would definately do the trick in keeping you feeling full!.
Then for next time, don't eat so much at one sitting and try to eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day to help keep you from over eating and keep your energy level up!. And try to eat a little slower next time at each meal, and really try to actually savor your food instead of just chugging it down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
