Answers:
Provided you keep the energy level up enough, it's GREAT cardio!. It's easier on the knees than running, and not dependant on the weather!. Try jogging in place, jumping jacks, and alternately kicking your legs out in front of you!. Also try twisting back and forth at the waist as you jump to help tone your mid-section!. Squatting and jumping up with your hands above your head is good too, but be careful not to lose your balance!.

To reach "fat burning", you want to sustain what feels like a "level 7" exertion for a minimum of fifteen minutes (shoot for twenty), on a scale where 1 is standing still and 10 is an all-out full effort sprint!. Or you can buy a heart-rate monitor to help you hit your target that way!.

I personally find turning up some high-energy music helps me keep my pace, whereas having the tv on tends to distract me and slow me down!.

Good luck meeting your goals!Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything that requires you to use physical strength and feels like its working is considered an exercize!. THis i a good calorie burner, but the best way to exercize would be jogging, walking, running, or biking every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
