Am I able to lose five pounts healthily? And How?

I wake up about 111lbs and sleep at 112lbs. I run about two or more miles on weekdays and wrestle also. I am 5'2". Over the weekend I rest. Am I able to do lose it healthily and how?


Answers:

Your routine already sounds quite healthy. And judging by your height, you actually sound a very good weight. if you were to lose 5 pounds you'd be underweight for your height.
Is that a good idea?
If you do want to lose weight, just cut out alcohol and any unhealthy or unnecessary food out of your life...you don't need to exercise any more than you already do. =P
