The best work out routine is the 48 hour rule, btw. You work out for a good long time one day, then you don't do anything the next day, and then the day after that you do the same work out. That's all because your body needs the time for the muscle to heal. Muscle grows when it's damaged, if you work out and really abuse the muscle, it will grow. Not like Pop-Eye, in a few minutes, but in two weeks if you do that you'll more so feel it before you see it.
