Hey, I need help with getting an easy workout plan that will work for a teenager. give me something that doesn't need exercise machines, weights are ok. Thanks for helpping you ROCK!

Try this, seriously ... IT WORKS!!
Firstly, I would recommend not doing some stupid faddy diet (like Atkins), just 'cos as soon as you stop it the weight will pile right back on! Totally avoid alcohol- thats got soooo many calories in it! do loads of little things in your everyday life, eg. stand up whilst watching tv (that burns 3x more calories than sitting down), do sit-ups, crunches, squats...a mini (20 minute-ish) workout once/twice a day, and go swimming or running once EVERYDAY. seriously. Running and swimming are amazing all -over workouts, and they convert existing fat to muscle! Also, try to avoid snacking, and eat 3 times a day, in moderation (no seconds or big portions!), and cut out fizzy drinks etc - you can find that you are loading on the pounds through drinks without even realising! Also, whilst watching tv, do quick workouts in the ad breaks - jogging on the spot, sit-ups etc. You could always go to the gym and get a personal trainer, who will help you achieve your goal as much as they can...but that can be expensive! Try the things I've recommended above...they work! Good luck! =P
