Exercise them first, that is what I do because your legs are the foundation to your body!. They use the most muscle in your body!.!.!. wait, they are used the longest, and might be the most used!. That is all I got for ya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stretch and don't use knee weights!. My dad heard that it is totally unatural for our bodies to do that sort of thing!. knees were made for walking and running, not lifting weights like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
