Does brisk walking tone your stomach?!

It CAN tone your stomach if you tense your stomach muscles as you walk!. Experiment with it and notice when you can really feel your stomach muscles while you walk, and learn to walk while holding them tensed!.
Also experiment with how you use your thighs and hips while you walk!. Notice how when you tense your stomach, you can feel those muscles moving and being used, notice how if you tense your thigh muscles in different ways you feel it working different areas of your legs!. Gain awareness of your muscles and you can tone any muscle while doing any activity!.
You will find yourself pretty sore after the first walk! It will also definitely compliment any ab exercises you may be doing as well!.

well it burns calories, which then burns fat, which could then make your stomack and hips smaller, but it doesnt give them any muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt it tones your stomach, maybe it tones your hips!. You have to be using the muscles you want effected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
