Question: How bad is it if I am 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 103 pounds!?
I know I am kind of underweight, but is it really unhealthy!? I dont look that bad, I mean I'm thin, but not like a skeleton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats bad i understand your situation!.I am 5!.7!.3 years before i was 110 lbs and felt horrible and people would make fun of me and pick me up and beat!.Now i dont have to worry about that!.Now i am all build up 160 lbs!.Here is how i started 2 years ago!.
I would go to the gym and do 15 lbs of bicep curl 40 times!.Now its like a piece of needle for me!.Now i can do 50 lbs of dumbbell 6 times!.
For you i recomment start out with a bench,shoulder press,do some squat,deadlift and workout your biceps and triceps once!.week!.

I'm 5'-9" and 115 pounds, and my doctor says I haven't bulked up in muscle yet, which accounts for a significant amount of body weight!. So if you're still developing, I wouldn't worry about it!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
i dont think you shold worry, you are probably still growing into your body!. theres a lot of guys in my school who are tall and skinny and they look fine to me, so i think you dont have anything to worry about!.

Perhaps 103 lbs is your normal weight!. If you feel OK and you eat enough then hopefully you are OK!.

Yes, you are a little underweight but as long as you are eating a healthy diet and ARE NOT trying to lose any weight you should be fine!.!.!.you probably should be taking some vitamins too!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe you should consult with your doctor!. you may not look like a skeleton but you should make sure that you're healthy!. be sure you're not starving your body of basic nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
