What is the best way to lose wieght in 2 weeks?

my brother's wedding after 2 weeks, and i want to lose weight, as much as i can.. help me if u can.


Answers:

Do this schedule for 2 weeks and you will drop atleast 12lbs.

7am- run (about 2 miles)
8am- do about 100 situps, jumping jacks, and push ups and weight lifting if you prefer too)
9- eat (special K cereal, with low fat milk and yogurt)
10-12:30 do what ever you prefer to do
12:30 lunch (healthy sandwich, 100 calorie pack, and fruit)
1:00 rest (or go on computer, watch tv)
2:00- do 100 crunches
2:30-5 do what ever and also eat a snack (fruit, crackers, yogurt, pretzles ect.)
5-6 eat dinner (chicken, fish, ect. other healthy meals)
7- (if you want do 200 crunches (to tone up the stomach area faster)
8-9 find yourself hungry (eat fruit or yogurt)
then go to bed

And once a week you can cheat, (like eat one thing that is not healthy like chocolate, cookies, cake, sweets, or whatever else you like thats not healthy)

I lost 14 lbs, in two weeks with this schedule, hope this works out for you. and you can also change the schedule around to fit yours, and you may also change some of the excersizes day by day.
