Plz plz plzzz help!?!


Question: Plz plz plzzz help!!?
ok i am only 14 but i need to lose weight, i only have about 3-4 weeks to get some of it off!. i have looked through all of my moms "no carb" cookbooks but they all call for these weird ingredients that we don't have!. so my question is, does anyone have some low calorie/carb recopies that dont call for fancy ingredients!?

You don't say what your weight is - but will power in your eating is difficult - especially as you live at home and you eat what ever is put in front of you!.
Just lay off - chocolate, crisps, biscuits , chips, potatoes and pastry or at least just limit your self to a treat once a week!. The weight will soon drop!. But make sure you eat lots of salads, fruit and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of focusing on the low carb thing you should be focusing on your total calorie consumption!. Make sure you care getting 12-1500 calories a day across 6 meals and doing some form of cardio everyday!. The weight will come off fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
