What else can i do to be thinner?!


Question: What else can i do to be thinner!?
I run 5 miles every other day I eat special k with fresh berries and skim milk in the morning, a sandwich and apple for lunch, and a salad with turkey and dressing for dinner!. I nibble on fruits and veggies for snacks!. I eat about 14-1500 calories a day and I do crunches!. Im 5'5" 124lbs and some body fat tests say Im 30% and others say 20% :/

You sound pretty healthy, and you should know that 124lbs for someone of your height is actually underweight, (or light - average)!. However you shouldn't go by the scale!.!.!. go by how you look and feel!. If you want to lose a few pounds or shed some fat, I've got a few tips!.

Try mixing up your activity schedule!. Instead of running 5 miles every other day, try biking or rollerblading or maybe even a racquet sport!. The more you do of one exercise, the fitter your body becomes and the more efficient it runs, thus burning less calories!. When you mix it up, you avoid that problem!. And on your runs, to keep it interesting you can do intervals: spurts of sprinting (say for 30 seconds or 1 minute), and then a light jog for 1 - 2 minutes!. Crunches don't burn fat!.!.!. they just tone!.

As for your diet it looks pretty healthy, but again mix it up!. The only one you can really cut down is on your dressing!. Try using a tablespoon and mixing it really well!.!.!. I promise you can't even taste the difference!. (And you burn calories mixing) ;) And make sure you're eating whole wheat bread! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you are a healthy height and weight, depending on your build, but your diet does seem a bit overloaded with carbs, and not enough protein or fat (yes, you can have too little fat in your diet!)!. I would replace or supplement some of your cardio (running) with anaerobic weight training!. Toning up your muscles will increase your natural metabolic calorie burn rate, and will make you feel better about your body in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like your diet and exercise program is pretty solid and your body fat range is that of a healthy woman!. Doesn't sound like you need to be losing any more weight!. If your body is not quite like you want it the only thing I would add is full body weight training and replacing some of those carb calories with protein calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try 6 small meals a day, only count calories because you should burn the same amount as you eat which i think should be around 2000, not sure!.!.!.do light weightlifting exercises, lean muscle burns fat, and cut all soda drink only water!.!.!.talk to a nutrition expert guy to make sure you getting what you need!.!.!.key to getting in shape isnt working this much or eat that much less, it's a combination of working this much and eating RIGHT, not always less!.!.!.hope i could helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are two possibilities:

a) You are already stick thin and you are listening to those rubbish guru dieticians like the sort you find in Mayfair

b) you aren't mentioning that 400g bar of Dairy Milk you have before bed!.

There's this one hotel that has a super exercise room!. Go to a hotel with a similar exercise room!. They have great exercise rooms at almost all the Hilton hotels!. I love going there!. Yeah! I think you should go to one!. You can get a good workout, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhhh!.!.!. i think your fine but if you want to shed a few more pounds try a colon cleanser!.!.!. like oxy powder or colonics!. this can remove toxins as well as some fat that may be hard to get rid of just with excersise!.BUT do not do more than once a month!.!. for more than that can be unhealthy and hard on your bodyily organs but once a month is actually pretty good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds great to me!. The only suggestion I can make is to add some weight training, and change up your diet and cardio every now and then!. Try jumping rope and walking!. Try swimming or a contact sport!. Variety in both diet and exercise will help!. Everything sounds good, even your weight, so I really don't see much problem!.!. But try this out!

theres nothing wrong with 124 lbs!. and if your measuring your bmi with a thing that sends electrical impulses out (totally safe) then take of your rings or necklaces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're healthy, so why do you need to look thinner, maybe you should cut the amount of food you eat each day to even less :/

124 lbs is a healthy weight if you are 5' 8"!. You can wear 3" heels when you go out until you lose the last 15 pounds!. ;-)
You eat turkey dressing!.!.!. What is in that!? The usual ingredients are very high in fat!. You need to look at the calories that are in each portion!. I suspect your calorie count is off!. For more accurate calorie counting try the website called FitDay to count your incoming calories and your outgoing (exercise) calories more accurately!.

If you eat nutritiously you should be able to lower your cals to 1200 and keep the fat and carbs to three portions a day!. You are eating a lot of carbs (cereal, bread, dressing)!. Carbs are sugar!. Eat 60 grams of protein a day and plenty of vegetables!.!.!. there are plenty of carbs in vegetables and they burn off better that white flour carbs can!. Eat only two servings of fruit per day and five servings of vegetables (1/2 cup or 1/2 an apple is one serving)!.
P!.S!. No fasting ever, please!. It will just make you hungrier later!. When you make a mistake, you just move on with your healthy, normal diet!. All the ups and downs of calorie intake will unbalance your metabolism and make your body store fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
