I am 14, 5'3 and a half, and at a healthy weight, but what would be a good tone !


Question:

I am 14, 5'3 and a half, and at a healthy weight, but what would be a good tone up plan?

I am 14.
My height is 5'3 and a half.
I weigh 118.5.
I am not focused on losing weight, i am perfectly ok with my weight, but if possible, it wouldnt hurt to shed a few pounds.
This summer my goal is to tone up.
I dont want a six pack.
just a toner stomach and legs and arms.
So I would love it if someone would help with a diet plan or work out plan.

You can't get toned with just a diet. At your age sports would really be great. Swimming is a great way to get toned. It works every part of your body (including your stomach) On teams they do land work as well such as crunches to work the abs and leg work. Look into exercises online.
