Question: Please answer I need help with my weight! 10 POINTS EASY!!?
I really need to lose some weight quick!. My thighs and butt look fine, but I have a little layer of flubber on my stomach!. When I grab it, theres a good handful of fat!. I really want to get rid of it!.

Tell me any way possible to lose it! Thanks!

Loosing weight in America has become somewhat of a science!. What we have to do is look at three basic things that you are doing in order to measure you and see if you are doing what it takes to loose the ten pounds that you are wanting to loose!. You must understand that in order to get the results that you desire, You must do your part in order to make it come to pass!. NOTHING GOOD JUST HAPPENS ON ITS OWN!!!


First- Let's look at your exercising regiment!. Are you doing any strength traingin and cardio!? how many sit-ups or crunnches do you do!? Do you train aerobics, or yoga!? If you train within 3 to 5 times a week, then you can loose the desired weight!.

Second- Your diet!. Are you eating the right foods!? Fresh fruits and veggies are a good start for the summer!. Tuna, salmon, chicken breast, lean beaf are also very good!. Whole grain breads, and wheat thins should be some of the grains that you could eat!. And if you like to snack, Trail Mix is also very good!.!.

Third, you overall health and well-being!. Things that stress you out on a daily basis can wear you down from time to time!. Work, school, kids, family issues, bills, all of these thing can and will play a major part in your overall health and wellness!. These things can release chemicals in your body that will cause you to gain weight, such as cortisal!. This puts on extra pounds and you will wonder where they came from!. So excersise, and listening to some good music will calm and sooth some of the pains and stress triggers that are tripped in your body!. I hear that yoga has some excersises that will help calm the stress from everyday problems!.

instead of eating a breakfast, heavy lunch, and heavy dinner, make breakfast the heaviest meal of the day and dinner the lightest!. also have a few snacks throughout the day so have about 5-6 meals per day!. But these meals should only be about the size of size of ur fist!. thats about how big ur stomach is and this is how many ppl lose weight!. also do a lot of cardio to burn off some of that fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
