Normally, in the single digits for a girl and double for a boy!.

It depends on your weight, diet, and level of exercise!.

I wouldn't expect more than 10 for a healthy thirteen-year-old!. When we did fitness in Grade 9 (Fourteen-year-olds and such) my gym teacher said that she would be super impressed if we could 10, because 3 or 4 was the healthy standard and SHE couldn't have done many more at 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no answer for that!.!.!. depends on how active you are and how much you practice!. Don't over do it!. When you feel like you've had enough you should stop!.

i can do a lot because im tinyer and stronger than most people my age and i can do 70-80 at a time!. I would say between 20-30 is what you she be able to do at a time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
