Question: How can i lose about 100 pounds in 6 months!?

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! That's a very ambitious target!.

Remember that the human body is very adaptable!. Over a period of time it will get used to any drastic diet and intensive exercise program that you try!.

So the best bet is to try different things and keep challenging your body!.

Do aerobics like running, cycling, walking for one month!. At this time you should have normal food but avoid junk food, pizzas, and colas!.

Then do weight training to tone your muscles for the next month!. Increase your protein (eggs, fish, yogurt) intake and reduce carbohydrates (bread, breakfast cereals, etc!.) at this time!.

Try swimming for the third month to challenge your body in a different manner!.

go to the gym!. bike a lot! you should leave food on your plate, only eat when hungry, take small portians, no 2nds!.!.!.ever!!! and reduce your screen time (computer,tv,video games, ect!.!.!.) to 1hr a day, it will force you to go outside and play!. play with a pet (dog or cat) if you have one and take them on walks(dogs) and play with a bouncy ball with them (cats) outside!.
