Answers:
The recommended amount of daily protein you take is the same as your weight in kg!. for example, if you weight 200lbs- 200lbs is approximately 90kg-, then you should take 90 grams of protein each day!. I know it sounds crazy and not everyone can do that-also protein itself tastes HORRIBLE-, but since you're working out and want to have nice muscles all over your body, you need enough protein to build your muscles bigger and stronger!.

And you NEVER take protein drink/powder before/while working out; you take it after you work out while you're resting-because what protein actually does is filling the gap of your muscles!. your body sores after working out, right!?( not cardio but weight lifts) it sores because your muscles are "ripped" (dont think it as ripping paper) by lifting the weights!. and that's when you take protein to recover your muscles- after work out!.

after repeating this process for many times, you will see the result that you wanted!.

good luck with your workout!Www@Answer-Health@Com
