Heyyy!.

I dont think you really need to loose weight to be honest, because the amount you've said you weigh isnt exacly over weight, but if you want to loose a little i think this might work for you!.!.!.

If you eat about 1500 - 2200 calories a day, and exercise to loose 500 calories, you will loose weight!.
If you eat 2000 calories a day, and dont get alot of exercise, you will maintain your weight!.
If you go over 2200 calories in a day and dont get any exercise what so ever, its very likely you will gain weight!.

Always eat breakfast - Make sure its a good breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime, muesli is good, or try fruit and yogurt with seeds etc!.

Get plenty of exercise - About 30 minutes to 1 hour exercise a day!.

Stay hydrated - Drink plenty of water!.

Avoid sugar - If you full your body up with loads of bad sugars, you wont do it any good, and it wont help you loose weight, some foods trick you, by saying LESS THAN 4% FAT, this might be 'ice cream, cookies' etc, they may have lowered the fat/salt content, but it doesnt mean its not full of sugar, check the lable!.

Eat a wide variety of foods - Dont just stick to the same old fruits and veggies, go for new foods, that you've never tried!.

Eat fat to loose fat - There are good essential fats such as sunflower oil, olive oil etc!. Dont get bad fats, get these fats!.

Good luck, hope it works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose 17 pounds though you will still be within normal limits, but PLEASE don't lose more than that or you will be putting your health at risk!. That being said, you need to eat about 1515 calories to lose weight and about 2015 to maintain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because you're young, it's truly hard to say what your calorie intake should be to lose weight!. I know you're on a time limit, but experiment with your food intake and adjust it so that you have enough energy to exercise everyday, even if only a little bit, and still lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week!.

I used to give myself time frames like that to lose weight when I was younger, but they never worked!. Don't be disappointed if you don't lose the amount you want, just be sure to make healthy choices!. DO LOTS OF RESEARCH, especially on nutrition!. Blubberbusters!.com might be a good place to start and to make friends who are also trying to lose weight!.
