Why am I sooo bloated?? (easy 10 points!)?!


Question: Why am I sooo bloated!?!? (easy 10 points!)!?
it's 8pm now, and i had dinner at 4pm!.!. it was a big bowl of pasta and grilled chicken!. then i ran 2!.5 miles, and walked 1/2 a mile!. then did 100 crunches, 20 minute pilates, and stretching!.
i've drank soo much water too!.

but yet, i'm bloated like no other!. its mostly my hips and lower back!. i'm not close to having my period so it couldnt be that!.!.(sorry for that info, haha but i need to find out why!)

so i really have no idea what it could be!. i dont feel bloated from my food either, im just expanded and swollen looking!. and i had tums earlier after i ate so its not acid related!.

SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!
im 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds!.

I get really bloated when I eat too much sodium!. Even if you don't add salt to your meal, pasta and chicken can have a TON of "hidden" sodium!.!.!.!.(makes me inflate like a balloon!.!.!.)!. But keep up with drinking lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you gulped your water down to fast!? Sometimes I can feel that way if I dont let what I ate digest properly like exercising right after eating or sleeping/laying down right after eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
