Question: How much are you supposed to eat per day!?
track season is over but i still run daily !.!.!.
my usaual schedual for eating is!.!.!.
(i know its wrong but i dont really have breakfast
lunch i maybe have yougurt and a fruit or some salad and crackers
when i get home at 4:30 i have a hot pocket
and at dinner it various to what my parents cook !.!.!.!.!.!.
on average the total number of things i eat is probably 5 or 6 things or ( items) of food!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
and i was wondering what was the average nuber of items a person is suppose to eat
im 13 and 117 and i wanted to kind of lose weight but first i wanted to know if my eating habits were normal!.!.

So you estimated ideal body weight (according to the Hamwi equation) is 130lbs plus or minus 10 percent (117-143lbs)!.
