What is a way to offset the calories from night drinking?!


Question:

What is a way to offset the calories from night drinking?

No lectures please. Just helpful tips. Health is secondary...this is only for a week anyway, and then I don't normally drink.

ex: should I run, eat a very light dinner, and drink less? (and feel it faster?)


Answers:

I wouldn't try to burn the calories in advance, unless you have enough time to do some cardio and weight-lifting (weight lifting increases muscle, which increases standing metabolism = burn more calories just sitting around).

If you don't have that kind of time, I would say: have your fun week and then be a good girl afterwards.
