Question: What do you do if you cant stick to a diet!?
I am a girl with a good figure and i love the way i look but when i want to do a diet sometime i always say im gonna do it but i end up not and eat more,!.!.!.how can i do a dier without cheating!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm doing the same kind of thing!.

I'm not fat, I'm not unhealthy!.!.!.!.but instead of calling it a diet I just say I'm trying to eat healthier!.

Yes, I limit the amount of sweets and junk food I can have!.!.!.but I still have a little bit once a day!. That is the problem I think most people have with doing a 'diet' they try and go 'cold turkey on everything and that's not possible unless you possess an extreme amount of discipline!.

Which I totally don't!.

So just try and 'eat healthier' and as an example, maybe instead of a cookie, have a nutritional bar like a Clif Bar or Balance bar, or a Think Thin bar!.!.!.!.they still satisfy that craving!.!.!.but they are at least a littl better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just follow the right and balance eating program instead of restricted diet that make people feel miserable!. If you choose low calorie, high fiber and low glycemic carbohydrate then you can eat rather freely and don't have to stick on "diet"!.

If you get the good carbohydrate, good protein source and good fat with the calorie ratio of 40%:30%:30% you can enjoy variable of good tasty food and still fit and healthy!. Avoid the tempation, remind yourself why you are on the diet the next time you try to cheat!. Reward yourself at least one day a week where you can eat whatever you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay away from stupid diets and simply portion control!.!.eat smal tiny servings off all your high carb foods and still lose fat and stay fit,can life get any simpler!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
