Gain a little weight meal plan, is this okay do you think?!


Question: Gain a little weight meal plan, is this okay do you think!?
im 19 female, 115 5!.7

i want to gain a few pounds but mainly muscle!. i know to get m uscle i will have to gain a bit of fat too and thats okay!.

do you think this meal plan is okay for slight and gradual weight gain, i eat fairly healthily but i have a big appetitte and big portions!

breakfast:
glass semi skimmed milk
banana
two slices of toast with avocado sliced on it

snack:
4 oat cakes, spread with honey/or peanut butter

lunch:
chicken sandwich
glass milk

snack:
slice of toast and jam

dinner:
falafels, pitta bread, hummus

snack:
couple of crackers,
maybe glass milk


i am active atleast 30mins a day, and go and do wieght train ign 3 times a week!.!.!.

any suggestions or does this meal plan seem okay!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If you goal is to gain muscle you should be adding mostly protein to your existing diet!. Basically eat what you have been to maintain your weight but consume a couple whey protein shakes a day and your workout program seems fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that seems perfect coz ur eating alot but healthy stuff so u should gain weight gradually at about the same rate ur gaining muscle so u shouldent get fat or anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
