Help! im skinny and i really want to gain weight around my thighs!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Adjusting diet and exercise goals is always the answer to any weight crisis!. To gain weight, eat more calories, but make them quality calories!. Try sticking to healthful whole foods and go heavy on the nuts (almonds, macadamias, filberts, walnuts, etc!.) Exercise by walking, jogging, swimming, squats with any type of weight in your hands (look up what good form is for this exercise so you don't risk back injury)!.

eat more! and do exercises that target your thighs such as squats!.!.!.!.!.!.really though, gaining weight is a matter of eating more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
