I hate that I'm small, how do I work these muscle groups?!


Question: I hate that I'm small, how do I work these muscle groups!?
I am very small for my age!. Probably around 5'6 and 125 lbs, and I am 16!. I don't want to brag, but I am strong for my size, but I still get overpowered by people who are much bigger than me!. I want to get bigger to make myself happy, but not ridiculously big!.

How can I improve my chest, traps, calves, forearms, and biceps!? Mostly upper body!.

What workouts should I do!? I will push myself to the max, and I will do everything I can to make it as beneficial as possible!.

Do multijoint exercises!. The good ones are squats, dead lifts (But be very careful about form with these!), bench presses, rows, and shoulder presses!.

The rows work on your back and biceps!. The bench presses work on your chest and triceps!. The shoudler press work on your shoudlers and triceps!. The squats work on your quads and butt!. The deadlifts work out your calves, butt, hamstrings, and lower back!.

You also need to eat plenty of healthy food!. Also, after exercising, sonsume about 400 calories of protein and sugar to promote muscle growth!. And you need to take a break of 1 to 2 days after weight lifting to give your muscles a chance to grow!. You'll need more days later when your msucles get stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
