Question: Is this okay for your body!?
I do 100 push ups a day!.20 in the morning, 30 about at 4:00 PM and 50 before bed!. I am only 12 and I am starting to get a decent bicep muscle!. I am getting really adicted to doing them!. Is that okay being adicted to push ups and doing a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody has different excesses regiments!. People are all different!. I personally do about 150-200 daily myself!. But if you are comfortable with this then keep on going!. Just remember to change up your exercises so that you don't plateau!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
