Question: What are the benefits of Yoga (physical and otherwise)!?
Answers:
It is great for anxiety! I've been doing yoga for about three months and love it!. I also have gotten a lot more flexible, not as easily stress and learned how to strech to make it feel good!.

I take a class twice a week!. One totally kicks my butt everytime the other is still hard but is more relaxing and slow paced!.

Yoga can help almost any condition and plus its justa fun way to get great exercise!.

You'll just hurt baddd the after the first couple times becuase you used musels you didnt know you had!. But its totaly worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
