How do i get a bikini-worthy body in like one to two weeks?!


Question: How do i get a bikini-worthy body in like one to two weeks!?
my whole grade is going on a field trip, and we're gonna wear bathing suits!. i want to wear a bikini but i feel kinda fat compared to the freakishly skinny girls at our school!.
i'm not that fat, but i don't think i'd look good in a bikini!.

i need to learn to stay motivated and focused!. any ideas on what to eat, how to exercise, how to eat, how to stay focused, how to plan time, etc!.!?

and i have to do it all in less than 2 weeks!.

First off, if she is freakishly skinny why wouldn't that make you look good!? Second of all, if she is freakishly skinny then wouldn't anyone look good next to her!? You can't get a bikini-worthy body in 2 weeks, it takes months!. You can try to tone up and loose some fat by going on a high protein low calorie/low sugar diet!. Eat lean meats like boiled chicken and grilled chicken, meat, and fish!. (or just tuna/salmon out of the can)!. Vinegar and oil dressing salads, fruit, cottage cheese, sugar free pudding, etc!. An exercise routine at least 3 days a week of 30 min cardio and 30 min core workout (focusing on abs and legs muscles)!.

Try finding a bathing suite that works for you body!. If you really want a bikini then try on a bunch of different styles!. If you have thicker legs and but then stay away from string bottoms, if you have thicker arms and larger chest then try a halter!. If you have a smaller chest then try a string bikini top!. Or try looking for a one piece!.!. they have really cute ones now!. For instance, the cut-out bikinis look good on most people and if you have a good back it would look really hot!.

For your arms do pushups, even if you have to do them on your knees the goal is to do as many as you can and gradually build up!. If you can do more on your knees then start with those, gradually move to arm pushups!. For your stomach do crunches, curls, toe taps, leg extensions, and scissoring!. For your legs jog, run, or bike!. If you are going to run or jog make sure you always gradually build up and down speed!. Meaning don't immediatly break into a run, walk slow, walk quick, jog, run, jog, walk quick, walk slow!. Like that!. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, also if you can get Salt Tablets!. Take them as directed but that will flush your system out which will make you lose weight as well!. Make sure you are still getting some protein in as well(like protein shakes or something) Drink lots of water, stay away from soda, unnatural or processed sugars, preservatives, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My motto for eating, not dieting is to eat only when your hungry, and healthy foods that keep you sufficiently energized without having to store a lot of fat!. I usually do 60 situps, 60 squats, and 20 push-ups every day before I go to bed!. But if you can't do all of that, than do as much as you can take!. The key is to look healthy and toned, not anorexic!. Chances are you will look good in a swimsuit ( it doesn't have to be a bikini you know) if you eat healthy foods when you need it and exercise a lot everyday!. The hardest thing is thinking about it as a chore, you have to have motivation for that every day!. You probably aren't going to look perfect in just a couple of weeks!. You should probably run or swim hard, or bike or something too, something you think is fun!. Try to incorporate as much exercise into your daily life as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spend the time at a few store trying on and getting the best looking bathing suit that you can find that shows the best you've got and covers what you don't what others to see!. You may look for other distractions from you figure such as cool sandals, big new beach towel, beach hat, glasses etc!.!.!.

no coke, no juice, no alchol!. Only ICE WATER, speeds up metabolism and keeps u feeling full!. try to drink as much ice water u can the whole 2 weeks!. no fast food, no sugars!. Ure gunna have to exercise and burn more calories then u eat!. example u eat 1500 calories u gotta burn 2000, good luck!. do allot of calisthetics, pushups, situps, pull ups, RUN RUN RUN RUN, CARDIO, make sure u walk the dog or do some kind of 30 minute cardio after your DINNER meal!. DONT eat late at night!. if u do that for 2 weeks u will lose the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
