Question: Whats the best way to get in shape for football season!?
im 13 right now turning 14!. im aroudn 130 pounds 5'4!. my upcuming season i will be on the freshman team!. wahts the best way i can increase my speed and strenght and also bulk up!. practice starts in about 3 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

agility drills like jumping rope, squats, lunges would probably be the best to do along with core strength excercises like crunches and rows!.

You should also probably start lifting wieghts as well because your team will deffinitly start out with some wieghtroom excercises!. Bench press, curls, sqauts, lunges, and jumping rope would probably be the best for you until you start training!. Running both wind sprints and 100 yard dashes will help you out as well because summer practices are all about getting in shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get in the weight room on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Powerclean 5x5
Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
On Tuesdays, do a 20 minute fast run
On Thursdays, do a 40 minute jog
On Saturdays, do one hour of aerobics
