Is Detox a good way to loose weight?!


Question: Is Detox a good way to loose weight!?
Ok well I still have some time to fit into my bikini for this summer!. I've been working out at the gym about 3-4 days a week, and it seems like I'm missing something!. I need a good diet plan! I was reading something on Oprah's website and she is going for a Detox diet!. I thought I'd give it a try! I'm asking you guys for advice cause I've never, "dieted" before and man do I need to start!. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs, and for me thats over weight!. I had my daughter 3 years ago, and I haven't been able to loose the weight!. So I wanted to try this detox diet!. I love fruits, vegetables, and I also thought about skipping meat products, and going for fish!. What do you think!? Please give me opinion, and any detox information that you might know about!. I suggest that you speak to your doctor and make sure that all blood work is fine before you skip some of the other meat!. Fruits and vegetables are always a plus and fish and chicken too depending on how you cook it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Detoxification is basically a method of shedding excess water weight!. It will cause weight loss and eventually make you appear as if you've lost weight!. Remember, this weight will return, especially with the more sodium, carbohydrates, water, and alcohol one consumes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about Detox!. But, what you said about skipping meat products!. Going for Fish, baked of course and lots of fruits and Veggies, sounds like a plan!. Don't forget to drink lots of water!. Exercise, lots of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry I don't have any detox info!. but i think the healthiest way to lose weight is to do cardio about 4 times a week at least 30 min a day!. And to eat healthier!. No fried food, switch to low-fat mayo and other toppings, no bakery items like cake!. Don't eat out! You would be surprised how fattening a salad can be after you put all the good stuff on it!. I sometimes use lemon juice on my salad so I don't have all the fat from dressing!. Sorry, this probalby isn't what you wanted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
