Detox??????!


Question: Detox!?!?!?!?!?!?
Ok well I still have some time to fit into my bikini for this summer!. I've been working out at the gym about 3-4 days a week, and it seems like I'm missing something!. I need a good diet plan! I was reading something on Oprah's website and she is going for a Detox diet!. I thought I'd give it a try! I'm asking you guys for advice cause I've never, "dieted" before and man do I need to start!. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs, and for me thats over weight!. I had my daughter 3 years ago, and I haven't been able to loose the weight!. So I wanted to try this detox diet!. I love fruits, vegetables, and I also thought about skipping meat products, and going for fish!. What do you think!? Please give me opinion, and any detox information that you might know about!. i think that sounds like a great idea!
it is also very healthy if you stick to the plan and dont go overboard!. As long as you have a certain protein factor in your diet it is okay to skip meats!. I think i saw the detox lady on her show, i thought about it too! tell me how it goes!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
