Most people wonder this also!. With ana's, its eating/mental disorder!. They think they're fat when really they're not!. They keep starving their selfs just to see that pound shed!. Other people on the other hand see this and think well if i did this so long than maybe i could lose weight!. but it doesn't work that way!. you can just become or catch anorexia its all a mind thing!. Most people who try to starve their selfs won't last long because they become weak and light headed and down right miserable so they'll eat!. anorexics do it so often, they body finally realizes its going to be that way so no matter what they put theirselfs through, they just won't give in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you starve yourself your metabolism slows down and each time you eat a food it will take longer to digest or break down turning into fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
