Question: How can I lose 2 pounds a week with little to no exercise!?

Your body will burn calories at resting rate i!.e!. whilst basically living - e!.g!. sleeping etc!.
If you really can't find any time to do any exercise, you will have to make it up with a calorie deficit, so you will have to drop your daily calorie intake to around 1500 calories, or maybe even lower!.
Try making small changes, like substituting a packet of crisps for a piece of fruit etc!. And on the exercise front - why not get off the bus a stop earlier, or park your car a little further away from where you are going to do an extra bit of walking!. Take the stairs instead of the lift etc!.
If you can find even half an hour a day, I would advise you to go a brisk walk!. I lost nearly 2 stone in the past by simply cutting down my food intake and walking for a minimum of 30 mins per day!.
