I keep forgetting?!


Question: I keep forgetting!?
Hi there!.
I need to excercise!.
im 13
But ill get into the excercising!.Then 2 days later or something i will forgoet and will stop for around!.!.5 months then do that again!.
Can Someone give me tips to remember to excercise everyday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type up a exercise schedual and pin it up on your wall beside your door so you see it every time you leave your room! You'll never forget! XWww@Answer-Health@Com

Join a gym club near to you!. 8 hours a week should give a good result inside 3 months!. It needs to be 4 hours conditioning and 4 hours excercise!. always warm up (5 minutes at least) before you start and the same as warm down afterwards!. When you feel the pain just work through it!. Check that you are fit to do the work first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
