How could I reduce my tummy?

I have a fat tummy. I can't do push ups because of back problem, neither sit ups. What should I do??

BUT IN SOME DAYS WHEN MUSCLES WILL TAKE SHAPE AND YOU WILL GET THE HABIT OF HOLDING YOUR TUMMY IN YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.

FOR FASTER MUSCLE TONING YOU MAY ALSO DO SOME SITUPS BUT EVEN IF YOU DO SITUPS AND LET YOUR TUMMY FALL LOOSE THERE WILL BE NO DIFFERENCE SO TRY TO CONTRACT YOUR BODY.

WHAT SO EVER YOU DO WHETHER YOU WALK OR STAND INFRONT OF SOMEONE OR GO FOR JOGGING YOU WILL DEFINITELY FEEL MORE ATTRACTIVE.
