Losing weight.?!


Question: Losing weight!.!?
What else can i do !?
I
-Bike 20-24 miles per week
-I don't eat fried foods or fastfoods!.
-Nothing but milk, water, and juice!.
-I basically eat a hotpocket for breakfast or cereal, then a little snack for lunch, sometimes i eat a slice of pizza though, then i eat some lean meat with rice!. Lean meat as in low fat meats like fish!.

What else should i add to this !? I can't do much other exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to balance your meals; you can't just skip a meal because it makes it harder for you to lose weight!. Make sure to eat whole grains!. Get a lot of proteins and calcium!. For breakfast, eat honey nut Cheerios or raisin bran!. Try running instead of biking to your cousin's house (: &Before going to school, like at 6;30 go for a quick walk to the park!. To lose weight, you need to use more calories than you eat!. It's possible to eat any kind of food you want and lose weight!. You need to limit the number of calories you eat every day and increase your daily physical activity!. Portion control is the key!. Try eating smaller amounts of food and choosing foods that are low in calories!.

Hotpockets are horrible for you!. And pizza isn't the best either!. Are you not getting the concept of a diet!? Skipping meals is only going to slower your metabolism and make it harder to lose wait!. You are obviously not skipping junk foods, etc, pizza!.

Yes, you should only eat when you are hungry too!. But eating 5-6 SMALL meals a day, making healthy choices of them, and watching calories helps lose weight because it speeds up your metabolism!. Eating small meals like that will help you keep hunger off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
