Answers:
for safety you should exercise only every other day for about an hour. that would be a half hour in the morning and a half hour at night. your body needs time to rest and relax before putting it through the exercises before doing them again. doing them to often and too long can actually do them harm and damage. i don't think you eant to damge your muscles and ligaments to the point that they are permanently damaged.
