Well my diet plan starts tomorrow but i have no access to a gym?!


Question: Well my diet plan starts tomorrow but i have no access to a gym!?
Heres my situation!. Im out of work for a few weeks because i have broken fibers in my achilles tendon!. I can walk on it but i cant run!. Im 6'2" 265 with a weight loss goal of 60 pounds in around 6 or 7 months!. I already know my diet plan and all of that good stuff!. Its just that I dont have access to a gym!. I have ankle and wrist weights!. A forarm machine (you hold it out in front of you and twist until the rope ends then reverse) and i have an exercise pad (foam 6 feet) But I have no ideas on how to exercise without a boflex or something!. Crunches pushups!? Anything out of the ordinary!? I need your help within 6 hours so 10 points for the most help!. Thanks

if you do your target training forms right, like crunches, leg raises and are able to hold it, when doing these exercises, you should not have any swinging motions, short face paced motions to the point you cant feel it, its not going to work!. when doing crunches, when you are up, turn your body so you work the side abs as well and hold it for like 5 seconds and release, I dont know, I would have to show you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no gym needed -use a bike, walk, run!. get out of your house and into the great outdoors!! eat a balanced diet and drink lotsa water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you ay use them!.!.you can stil walk as that is the best form of cardio!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
