I have a problem.?

I workout everyday, and then I get hungry and eat a lot. Then I get nervous and workout again. And then I eat again. I cant stop eating and I cant stop working out. And when I feel really guilty for eating, I throw up all my food - but I only do this 1x every two months or so.

Honey, you are a prime candidate for bulemia.

It's time to get off this band wagon and learn more about nutrition and healthy eating. You're having extreme highs and lows and guilt associated with that.

I would suggest a diet support group.

Keeping a log of everything (calories and exercise) will help you put them into perspective. Also, talking to other people going thru the same thing every day will help to keep you from overeating.
