Possible to lose 10 lbs. in 15 days?!


Question: Possible to lose 10 lbs!. in 15 days!?
Probably not, but maybe atleast halfway!? Any suggestions on what to change/add to make it better!?

Details: 13 year old male, 160 lbs, 5'9"

At the moment!.!.!.

30 minute stretch/light weight lifting in the morning
2-3 mile run at 7mph in the afternoon
200 crunches throughout the day
+ I play basketball outside with my friend(s) almost every day (half court)

Eating!.!.!.
Toast + Juice (100%, but we put half a glass of water and half a glass of juice, so 50% I guess!?)

Half a school lunch (little, if any, dessert of cookie/nutrition bar!. Half of the main for the day, usually chicken/hoagie/pizza, a serving of fruit, a serving of veggies, and a glass of milk)

A small plate of sausage + mashed potatoes (or something similar)

Doing that, do you think I could lose atleast 5 lbs (in 15 days)!? How about in a month!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The exercise is great!. Eliminate refined sugars, white flour, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and fatty meats, like sausage!.

Eat at least 1000 calories a day (probably more due to your exercise schedule) and stay hydrated!!!

Eliminate soda, even diet ones, have milk with whole grain cereal in the mornings and with dinner at night!. You would do better to have fresh fruit than to drink the juice, more fiber!.
At least eight glasses of water, yes water, a day!.

You can loose 10 pounds in 15 days but it's better if it takes a month!. Don't worry as much about the poundage as your overall body fat percentage!.

i think you could lose at least 5 lbs in 15 days or more!. a lot of it will most likely be water weight, but you might also gain muscle weight so don't go so much on what the scale says, but more on how your body looks!. one week i lost 3 inches off my waist but i only lost 2 pounds!. the scale can be inaccurate a lot of the time!.

Avoid carbs!. (pizza,bread,potatoes,rice,cookies!.!.)
Running is good as it uses all your muscles, as does swimming!.

You're only 13 and you're a guy, you shouldn't be worrying about your weight but atleast you're doing it sensibly!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
