Arm exercise advice..?!


Question: Arm exercise advice!.!.!?
My arms aren't that fat, ( my BMI is 20) but they were sort of flabby so I started doing some exercises like lifting weights and stuff like that!. Now I have a pretty big muscle there but it's still kinda flabby and I didn't really want muscle so much as to make them thinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm if you are looking to develop "tone" instead of big muscles, then high repitition with low wts is the key!.!.!.!. eg instead of doinog arm curls with 15 lbs for 10 reps and 3 sets!.!.!. use 5-7 lbs for 20 reps and 5 sets!. you'll get just as good a burn, burn off more calories and won't develop as much muscle mass!.

I think you need to lose some bodyfat!. If they are flabby it must be fat!. So the answer is diet, no junk food, no sodas or sweets!. Eat fish, chicken, lean meats, eggs, vegetables and drink only water!. Do some cardio every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
