How long will it take before I notice a difference?!

Question: How long will it take before I notice a difference!?
Well I'm running 2!.5 miles a day (6 or 7 days a week, at 6!.5-7!.0 mph), doing 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week, and 200 crunches a day!. I'm on a pretty healthy diet of about 1500 calories a day (salad, sandwich, veggies, fruit, and various things for lunch, approx 300 cal)!. How long will it take before I notice a difference in my stomach!? At the moment, I weigh 160, am 5'9"1/2, and am a 13 year old male!. Take note that I've only been doing this for a few days, so when answering my question answer as if I just started!. Oh, and I'm not concerned about losing weight!. I don't care if I lose fat, gain muscle, therefore gain weight!.

Some slightly off-topic questions!.!.!.

How does taking a vitamin a day affect me!?
Is sleeping from 10:30-6:00 OK!? Too little!?
Had one more!.!.!.can't think of it right now!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You're doing cardio on top of the running!? Seems a little excessive!. You're not really giving your body a chance to recover!.

It sounds like your diet is good, but you do need carbohydrates- You will not be able to sustain a workout regimen like that for very long without any carbs!. You also need to make sure you drink PLENTY of water!.!. At LEAST 8-10 glasses a day!.

Sleep-wise, you're getting enough sleep, and a multi-vitamin can't hurt!.

For the best results though, you should alter your cardio routine!. Try a stairclimber or elliptical!.!. Switch it up a bit!. Not only will your body respond faster, but it will keep you from getting burned out!. Most physical exercise routines fail because of that!.

At any rate, cardio is the way to go if you want to lose stomach fat!. Crunches will help you build abdominal muscles, but you should try incorporating weights into your routine as well- That will tone you up even more!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Biggest Decideing factors other than the ones you are working are sleep and water intake!. With 8-9 Hours of sleep, and about a gallon of water every day you will probably notice changes in two weeks!. When I started my upper body regimens again I noticed a change after about 10 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No hamburgers and go organic on the vitamins!. About a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
