Have I eaten too much today????!


Question: Have I eaten too much today!?!?!?!?
Ok, for breakfast, I ate a caramel bar (140 calories) And drank a bottle of water!. About 2 or 3 hours later, I ate a waffle, drank half pint of chocolate milk and a cuppa!. Since then I've drank 3 more bottles of water and some juice!. Have I eaten too much!?!? I need to loose a little!. !. !.

And I have exercized quite a bit outside, doing yard work!. And sunbathed for an hour (if that has anything to do with it)!.

And I'm going to eat dinner too !. !. !.but I don't know how much to eat!. !. !.or what to eat really!. Can you give me some ideas that don't have (too) many calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You haven't eaten too much - just the wrong things!. Try eating a banana for breakfast instead of a caramel bar, and a waffle!?!? No way! If you're wanting to lose weight, that's no way to do it!. Also, lay off the tea!. I know it's good lol but do!.

Keep up the water drinking tho, and exercise more!. Try taking a mile run every day!. Good luck! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry you didn't eat too much!. In order to lose wait you have to eat!. It's best to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and I learned through research that if you want to lose weight you should eat enough so that you could eat more but don't!.

Working in the yard is great work and if you are looking for something good to eat for dinner try a salad or chicken and vegetables!.

You have hardly eaten anything today!.
If you are trying to lose weight you should cut out processed foods and add in some salad greens!. & fresh veggies!. Use a balsamic or apple cider vinegar for your dressing & you're good!.
Also dairy (chocolate milk) is very hard on anyone's digestive system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you're fine, you have to eat 1200 calories at a minimum or its considered a starvation diet, if you eat less than that your body will just hold on to all the calories and you won't lose weight!.
try grilled chicken with lots of veg, don't put any jars of sauce on them as they contain loads of sugar!.!.!.!.
