Question: I drink loads of water, pretty much all I drink but why is it so good for you!?!?
Answers:
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS!. Keep it up!. Humans are yet to invent anything that will take the place of water!.

Water is important because,
1!. Our body itself is about 70% water
2!. Almost every catabolic process (chemical processes that breaks down larger molecules from food or from the bodies storage, to rearrange and redistribute them in our body) in our body will not happen without water

A century ago, the leading cause of death in the US was infectious diseases, due to our lack of knowledge about hygiene!. We have conquered most of them now!. But now the leading cause of death in Highly Developed Countries ((HDCs) such as the US is chronic illness such as obesity, diabetes and inflammatory illnesses such as cancer!. Thats mainly due to the highly processed foods we eat, the sweet teeth we have all developed over the century and the complex human-made chemicals we have dooped ourselves into believing that we need in order to survive!. It breaks my heart when my students (some of them parents and grandparents) ask me what they are supposed to drink, if they can't drink soft drinks!. It hydrated you and cleans out your body of all the toxins!. if you were to look at someones urin who doesnt drink hardley any water it would be a bright yellow and smell really bad, and say you look at say your urine its clear or a very pale yellow thats means your pretty clear and clean of the toxins in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

b/c it has no calories or carbs and it helps clense out your system!.!.!.when you drink stuff like pop it has sugar in it and it will only quench your thirst for a few mins then foams uo in your throat!.!.!.water doesnt!.!.!.but most water doesnt have vitamins and nutrients so you should drink viamin water sometimes too b/c it is really good for uWww@Answer-Health@Com

because your body is 75% water and you always need to replenish it!. Water is like detox, it flushes toxins out of your body!. It also has not calories and no sugar, unlike juices, sports drinks etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No more than 64 ounces of water a day should be consumed, or it can be unhealthy!. The health benefit is that it cleanses the body of impurities!. Rule of thumb!.!. To much of anything is bad for you!.
