Is there anything else I can do to facilitate weight loss???!

Is there anything else I can do to facilitate weight loss???

okay, so for about 3 1/2 weeks, i've been on this diet where i try to eat at least 4 small meals a dy (small breakfast, fruit/veggie snack, small lunch, f/v snack, small dinner, f/v snack) and exercising for a good hour and a half at least 3/4 times a week...

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO TO MAKE THE WEIGHT COME OFF QUICKER????

do do thirty minutes of cardio a day, not to mention all kinds of weight training for my biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, abs, obliques, back, shoulders, even the little muscles in the forearm.....

I'm 5'9, 19, about 240 (although i think i've lost at least a good 5 lbs), and if i makes any kind of difference, i'm female, and i'm Black, with 44 inch hips (and that is the bone, not the fat)

HELP ME!!! PLEASE???????

it sounds like you're doing jsut about everything that you can do... my best advice, keep at it, drink more water, stay away from juices and sodas, and DIET PILLS!!! they so don't work
