Question: Healthy food to help you get clear skin!?
OK help me out here!
This is the sort of things i eat or drink!
DO!.!.!.fruit mostly!.!.!.some veg!.
drink atleast a bottle of water each day!.!.!.try to anyway!.
i eat cereal bars and cereal for breakfast,the healthy type with wheat and fruit!
i take omega 3 vitamins!
I DONT!.!.!.!.Drink alcohol or smoke!
No fizzy drinks,coke or any type!
I dont eat alot of chocolate now!.
i dont eat macdonals or burger kind!.!.!.these type of places i avoid!
what else can i do to improve my skin!.!.!.!.cos its so much better but still need o get it abit better for summer!
course i wash it every day and night!.!.!.twice a day!
i do wear makeup tho but light foundation!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're diet needs something more!. Add some eggs in there!. As long as you have eggs, you don't need the omega 3 vitamins because eggs already contain them!. Try some lean meat such as chicken and salmon!. Remember a diet isn't just fruits, vegetables, and grains!. You're looking for a balanced diet, so include some protein as well!. Chicken, fish, turkey and sushi!.

Fruit: Blueberries, Pomegranate, Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Orange Juice (Make sure it's 100% juice)
Keep the pH of your skin constant by using Apple Cider Vinegar on it, then apply any acne product right after!. Also avoid things that may irritate your face such as scratching, touching, sun, and etc!.
Don't stress out, have as much fun as possible!. Try a lot of comedy shows, comedy movies, friends, and family!.
